Evening Star Holdings, LLC was formed in late 2001 to participate in the hospitality industry through the acquisition of boutique resorts, limited service and extended stay hotel properties.

It is the company’s objective to own and manage a portfolio of properties with primary focus in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. The company does not plan to pursue a strategy of “buy/build/flip” as is common within the real estate community. We are focused on holding for the long term. We are committed to self-management of portfolio properties creating attractive returns for individual investors and our company.

The company’s founders have significant experience in creating successful new enterprises. This success is achieved through the use of creative financing; unique staff recruiting, selection and training; guest expectation-centered programs and processes; and, timely operating systems and reporting which anticipates and responds to guest, management, and ownership needs.
